Excellent service from Child Benefit Team

child benefit answered my email enquiry with a link to a secure form, it saved time and money........ what can't other government departments do this as well?

John notes: Update........... that was as far as good practise went, they lost the email, denied sending any info to me, stopped CB payment and are now closed for new business for 3 weeks because they are snowed under with their own mistakes grrrrrrrrr
