I remember using a parking permit shop in lambeth in 2005...with a queue of 15 people (2o min waiting list) and my form was returned because it was not in black ink and I was asked to rejoin the back of the queue.

Wouldn't it be better if services could look at what goes wrong for the customer, customer error and make it more likely to work...i.e. have a system that accepts forms in all coloured inks, or to offer to rewrite the form for the customer.

LB Lambeth notes: No. You were sent to the back of the queue because you refused to follow our clear directions to use only black ink. Are you so ignorant that you can not read, or so selfish that you think that the rules do not apply to you. Either way this is anti-social behaviour, which you will agree, must be punished. Instead of whining you should be grateful that we allow you to apply again.
