We had a consultation for our 1 year...
We had a consultation for our 1 year old daughter with community paedetrician. Letter was sent out to wrong address 3 times, 3 month late, with incorrect clinical details. We complained in writing and were told 'systems were being changed'. The apology letter even had an incorrect address in it. My wife was really mad about this and we transferred treatment to neighbouring borough.
Wouldn't it be better if Dr produced letter/ appointment at consultation/ dictated and checked it there and then and handed it to us. Resolution immediately, and we can all make sure there are no mistakes.

wmheath notes: Yup. Shorten the feedback cycle. That would be a lot better! Better also if we could keep our own medical records to a far greater extent (as already happens with neonatal)
