telephone numbers were repeated in automated...

telephone numbers were repeated in automated messages. I recently called the DVLA to get my reminder resent and after walking through the telephone system I reached the answer "we can't help you here, please call xxxx" followed by being hung up on. A simple repeating of the number would enable me to take it down.
