I was walking down the Embankment and noticed a series of unattended cars parked on a double red line. After a bit there were two police vans parked too. All this was outside the Ministry of Defence.

I suppose they're all police cars or official cars of some sort.

Wibbi the law was applied the same to all of us? So if it's illegal to park somewhere (or to speed, or whatever) the police and MoD staff were seen to respect the same laws as are enforced on the rest of us?
